Robots

Went to Gurney Plaza's GSC to watch Robots yesterday.
This movie by Twentieth Century Fox animations cannot compare with Shrek 2 (Dreamworks) or The Incredibles (Pixar), but it is a funny, feel-good movie worth watching.
The voice cast boasts a lot of stars - Ewan McGregor, Halle Berry, Greg Kinnear, Robin Williams, Amanda Bynes, Drew Carey, etc.
Like Shrek 2, there are a lot of spoofs in the movie, especially towards the end of the movie. The story isn't as great as Incredibles. At first, when logic isn't existent, I thought this is gonna be another bad 'Shark Tale' movie, but I was wrong.
For fans of animation, this is a must-watch.

Earthquake

Happening so frequently... What's wrong? End of the world is nigh?
Anyway, I'm alright here in Penang, although I wished that the roads here were so scrambled that they have to rebuild the road system here to a better one...
My updates: two of my Kuching friends have come to Penang to work. They will be my company for travelling once they get jobs. It's so dang hard to get other working people to confirm whether they can go travelling, especially Intel ppl.

Next Holiday Plan

Upcoming holiday plan:Date: 30th April - 2nd May (Sat - Mon)
Venue: Bukit Tinggi & KL/Genting
Remarks:
May 1st is Labour Day, and falls on a Sunday, so Monday is a public holiday. Yay.
Details:
Most probably leaving Penang early Saturday morning. Head to Ipoh for the routine holiday breakfast with Chee Pan. Then might follow the others to KL to pick people up, and have lunch there, before driving up Bukit Tinggi.
At least 3 cars will be going - KK's, CK's, mine. Around 8-9 ppl from CK & KK's group. They have booked their apartment at Meranti Park.
I'm still recruiting people for mine, and have not booked an apartment.
Will stay there for one night.
Plans in Bukit Tinggi: Visit the French village and other attractions.
Will also go for the Paintball Game. I heard the price about Rm60 per person. Not sure for how long. Anyone knows?
After checking out, CK will head back to PG, and the rest will most probably head to KL to enjoy. Will check into the KL hotel, before proceeding with the shopping and enjoying in KL.
